Calvary

I'm looking for complete lyrics to a tune I heard back in the late 1970's. The only words I remember are:

On a hill called Calvary
Jesus suffered willingly
And in untold agony
Suffered there for me?
...
Now I claim Him as my King
Master of everything
...

Thanks for anything you can add. I wish there were a way to hum a few bars. Maybe I can record the tune on YouTube and post a link to it here.
