I also have that song only in Thai and was looking for its source to try to trace copyright ownership. The Thai hymnal containing it lists no composer or author, and I was hoping to arrange the piano portion a bit to make it easier for a pianist. The book seems to be out of print from a publisher that no longer exists, and no date of publication appears in it.

I'm looking for a hymn called "Jesus, Take My Hand", but not the modern one. I only have it in Thai. It's first verse roughly translates to: Jesus, take my hand, I trust You. Prayer reach to Your throne. Even if I don't have anything [else] to keep me secure, Your love remains."
