Thanksgiving prayer hymn

by rapport » Sun Aug 28, 2005 8:34 pm

I remember the first verse and chorus of a hymn that I learned in grade school. What I remember is:

For whose abundant glory
The earth with plenty flows,
and whose almighty love
Makes glad the heart of man?

Our endless praise we sing thee
Almighty Lord of All!
Our endless praise we sing to thee
Almighty Lord of All!

I would like to know the name of the song and any other verses to it. I've tried Google and Yahoo multiple times. Thank you for your help!
