Looking for a hymn 'This is my command to you- love one another'...

Hello
I have been desperately searching for a hymn I sung as a child (not word perfect).

Verse:
'This is my command to you, love one another
Just as I the Lord love you, love one another'

Chorus:
'Amen so shall it be, Amen so shall it be
Amen so shall it be, Amen so shall it be'

This song could be sung in a 'round'.
Can anyone help, please?
