Thank You - Song from the early 80s

by chrisotherwise » Tue Jan 12, 2016 1:50 pm

Hi, I'm looking for more info about a song I remember from the early 80s. Full lyrics with chords would be
great and a recording (CD or online) would be amazing. So far I've been able to find nothing.

Here's as many of the lyrics as I remember.

So here I am a few years on
and where do I go from here
Sure I've done a little
I've learnt so much about myself
but if I knew then what I know now
I don't believe that I could have lived with myself

Thank you
for taking me slowly
you who knew this love so well
you are my king and yet my friend
your love has helped me start again

Again I want to thank you
that you who are holy
would take this lonely loser on
you picked me up, you picked my right up off the floor
Oh there's so much I want to thank you for.

.....
Now I've found my place within your kingdom
I've got a part to play in your perfect plan.
....

Any ideas?
