I have embarked with my Savior

1. I have embarked with my Saviour,
Out on life’s turbulent sea;
And when the billows surround me,
He speaks this promise to me:

Refrain:
I will be with you each day, my child, be not afraid,
Fear you not, billows that roll, madly around you roll;
Anchor your faith firmly within the hope which Calvary made;
I will be ever with you
To comfort your trusting, trusting soul.

2. When I’m weak hearted and weary,
Tempted to yield to the strain,
Jesus is there to relieve me,
Giving assurance again.

3. I will trust Jesus to guide me,
Master and pilot He’ll be;
Tho’ I am tossed by the billows,
This is His promise to me:
