Back in the 1960's my family knew this song. Can't find it anywhere and believe me, I've looked!
Not sure it's the title exactly but pretty sure of the words. (I can sing it to someone if someone wants to hear the tune)!

"When trials distress and burdens oppress
I know that my Jesus cares
When long is the day and lonely my way
I'm certain that Jesus cares

He always will hear whenever I call
He knows every tear that may fall
Assurance is mine, assurance Divine (not sure of this line)
I'm know that my Jesus cares"
