I searched for several distinctive lines from the lyrics (such as "In all lands far and wide, with the Lord by your side" and "May the kind Father bless you today"), but unfortunately I couldn't find any published source that identifies the hymn or credits a lyricist or composer. Most search results point to different hymns with similar titles rather than these lyrics. It may have been written for a local church, school, or community and never formally published.

This post is to try and find the writer of the hymn, and possibly the composer too.
I have the lyrics here.

May the Lord Bless You

In all lands far and wide, with the Lord by your side,
May the Lord bless you today;
As you lean on His breast and find love, joy and rest,
May the Lord bless you today.
For through God’s love alone can His gifts be your own,
As He holds your small hand in His clasp;
So just give Him your care, every burden that you bear,
May the kind Father bless you today.

Refrain:
May the Lord bless you today . . . . everyday,
May the Lord bless you today . . . . everyday;
As you walk by His side, trusting Him as your guide,
May the kind Father bless you today.

As you leave from this place, in the smile of His grace,
May the Lord bless you today;
In His heart He will hold all the lambs of His fold,
May the Lord bless you today.
For His love knows no bound, and His truth will surround
All who seek Him in sincerity;
His rich grace knows no end, and He is your dearest Friend,
May the kind Father bless you today.
