Anyway it's pretty song I don't know who I was thinking through the years but it's an older song and I've been growing up I was born in 62 and my mom always used to sing that and then I started singing with her when I learned to sing when I was a little girl and a harmonized with her. And a lot of her songs she sang I see I can't get to my notebook of songs that I copied off of her or reroute that she wrote had, that we sat together but sometimes I think just different singers through the years probably sang them but I don't know when she started singing it probably before my time my dad was a professional position at one time until he got down from his back and he he liked a lot of the old songs too I think Hank Williams Senior sing some of the songs and Dottie Rambo probably saying some and Spencer's and different ones through the years I don't know but I don't know who originally came out with it. I just thought I was thinking about that song the other day and singing it and I couldn't remember the words to it so I googled it. I remembered some of the words but the one I couldn't remember

I have been singing this song since I first heard the original Gospel Echoes (Dottie & Buck Rambo and Shirley Cohren) sing it in the early 60's. I have always known the title as "Jesus"
