The Truth

About ten years ago I remember the congregation I belonged to in a Baptist church singing a wonderful song full of basic doctrinal truth from the Scripture. I believe the title might have been "This is the Truth." Each line begins with "This is the truth as we have received it...", then states a basic truth. The chorus goes "Oh hallelujah,..." and restates the truth; for example one verse talks about Jesus interceding for us and the chorus is "Oh hallejuah, Jesus is praying, Oh hallejuah, Jesus is Lord." It is so uplifting to sing and procalim these truths in song. We are members of a house church and would love to locate at least the words, if not the music, to share with our body. Our former minister of music cannot locate the song either. It was not actually part of the hymnal, but had been inserted in the hymnals. Thanks so much!
