This is a newer song from the supplimental hymnal 'Songs of Praise and Glory' arranged by R.J. Stevens. Some of the bits I remember are very moving to me. They include the line(s):

God creator, now created, Lord of all in infancy. Hands that lighted the evening stars reach out for comfort in Mary's arms"
