I realise that the title might actually be Jesus, Rock of MY Salvation. However I'm still unable to find it anywhere.

This one I remember we would sing during communion. I also remember we would perform hand actions during the chorus, but would be very quickly told off by a teacher.

I actually found these lyrics on a Facebook post somehow, but it's the only trace I've ever come across.
