Please help me find the words the chorus goes "Pray, no matter How bad the chances
The Heritage Singers released that song in the early to mid '70's. One of my best friends loved the song and related to me how he himself felt like Simon Peter on more than one occasion. Here's hoping you can find a recording, You Tube video, or what have you--it'll do you a world of good!

Need lyrics and artist to I Believe Jesus
It's a beautiful song! One of the youth in the church I used to attend sang this one in the 1979 time frame. Didn't Dottie or Reba Rambo record this one?

accused of being a christian, but not enought evidence, found not guilty
The staff at KJAB-FM radio in Mexico, MO have played this song a few times and it's a reminder to me every time I hear it! Here's a link: http://kjab.com It's a 24-hour station so the song could pop up anywhere! They broadcast a lot of old-time, Southern gospel and (my favorite) bluegrass gospel, to...

Rainbow Of Love/ there's a rainbow pointing to heaven above
This is a really fun song! I've heard a couple of different groups use this as an "exercise" to see how low the bass singer can go. Love the lyrics, too!

Hymn lyrics - freely, freely give
The hymn, "Where He Leads Me (I will follow)" is in, or used to be in, a lot of hymnals. The Southern Baptist's "Broadman Hymnal" and several later editions all had it. Here's a link to Cyber Hymnal dot org, where you can view the lyrics and listen to a MIDI score. http://cyberhy...

Mid-80's song "Pillar of Fire"?
Anybody remember the author and (perhaps) original group who recorded this song? I first came across it back in the mid-80's in Albuquerque on KFLQ-FM radio. Occasionally the evening shift DJ would play that song for me--thank you DR! The question I also have is this: what are the lyrics for the las...

Make me a Blessing. Out of the highways and byways of life
This song is, or has been, published in a number of hymnals. I sure wish more of us would make that song a prayer--the world needs the blessings only Jesus can provide!

gloryland, sang by the primitive quartet
I haven't tried any of the Primitive Quartet's versions of this song, but you can see Dr. Ralph Stanley, his son Ralph II, and others on YouTube. The one that's my favorite is the one where Dr. Ralph is dressed in black, and they're singing "If You Have Friends In Glory Land", a cappella, ...

Help - two old gospel songs - i wanna go there / the bride coming in
I vividly remember one group (The Dixie Echoes??) on the "Gospel Singing Jubilee" on Sunday mornings. Whoever the group was, the lead singer was tremendous!

Lest I Dash My Foot Against a Stone
Gold City had a song that went something like this: Oh, the angels are encamping about me, Lest I dash my foot against a stone, Tho' the earth be removed, the mountains cast into the sea I will not fear--for the angels are encamping about me I don't remember which "project" it was on, but ...
