Song about Jesus and the Samaritan Woman

Post by zazumaster » Wed Sep 28, 2016 3:01 pm

My mother used to sing this song to me. I don't know what it's called and can't find it anywhere. I only remember the beginning:

There once came a woman to draw from a well
She was a sinner, soul bound for hell
She met a man who told her of the wrong she had done

He said if you drink from this water I give
You'll never thirst for water again
If you just open up your heart and let him come in

It’s an old song and y dad plays it all the time. Hulah Gene Dunkin Hurley sings it written by Bishop Charles Watkins. The song is called “I met a man.”
