Here's what I could find. Couldn't find author or composition date, but I was able to track down these lyrics.

1.
Just an old rejected relic on the auction block

i head this song on the radio the other day a young girl about 17 yeas old was sing it . that touched my heat trying to find music i would like to sing it at my church we r having praise night at my church sunday
