song "Home" I think is the name of this song

I am looking for the lyrics to a song. I think it is called "Home" but not sure. It talks about "Home, the stone is rolled back, Home,_______ is defeated, Home, we live forever more." I can't remember alot of it and this may not be right what I have here. Thanks for your help!!
