There's a song I heard at a church the other night, I think I'll throw up my hands, and start prising the Lord.....also something about,.....He comes down and inhabits our praise....any help at all?

I just throw up my hands and start praising the Lord

I can't recall the verses by memory, but I think it was recorded by the Paynes years ago. I may be wrong.
