I have the song your talking about . I recorded it off of the radio a while back. It's got a little static. I've tried to locate it online also but haven't been successful. The station that plyed it is WMHR in Syracuse NY.

I finally found the artist and the song "Tall on my Knees" The artist/artists is/are Tony Weston and Tom Davis. Type the names in a google search to find their web page.
