Hi. I'll tackle Guest's and wfkerns's questions first

Guest, I was able to dig up the lyrics to "He's Sweet I Know".

1)

He's sweet I know,

Dark clouds may rise,
Strong winds may blow;
But I'll tell the world wherever I go
That I've found a Savior,
He's sweet I know

The only sheet music I could find was in the Stamps-Baxter Gospel Hymnal, which also contains a lot of classics.
