O Infant Jesus Child Divine

Hello, has anyone heard of a three verse hymn that starts:

O infant Jesus, child divine,
We consecrate our hearts to Thee,
To burn for souls, with zeal like thine,
So deep in its intensity.
Thou art our king; our hearts shall be,
Sweet Jesus, ever true to thee.

I know all the words, but can someone let me know the tune somehow?
