1. Now Satan had me looking at his world so wide; couldn't find nothing but a desert so dry. Then sweet Jesus spoke to me; He said, "I have everything you need."

CHORUS
Now I"m waling in the highway that leads home. I"m eating from a table that ever stays full. I'm drinking from a fountain that never runs dry. And, I'm going to a country where we'll never more die.

2 Now Jesus paid the price for me. He gave His life to set me free. Then He shed His blood to cover my sins. And He gave me life that has no end.

3. Sweet, sweet Jesus hold my hand. Just lead me on to the promised land. By the eye of faith I see. (I'm so glad that) beautiful Heaven is waiting for me.
