Help with a hymn from a movie - Take my heart, Lord

I've been watching the Hallmark Channel "Loves Enduring ........" and there is a common hymn played and for the life of me I can't remember the name of it. I was hoping someone here could help me. I believe it goes:

Take my heart, Lord,
dah dah dah da

I think another verse starts:

Take my hand, Lord,
dah dah dah da

and so on. Not much to go on. Sorry. I would very much like to know the hymn so I can look up the entire score. Thank you for any help you can give.

Never mind. Thank you all. After some more research I found it and boy was I way off. It is entitled:

Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing
