this is to the tune of whoes gonna fill their shoes i dont know anything agout who wrote it or sang it dont even know if its church worthy or not onle heard a few words but liked it

Are you sure that it is not the second or third verse of "Who's gonna fill their shoes"? It does say "I wanna fill their shoes, I wanna spread the news. I wanna lay my hands upon this troubled land. I will be the one to go, in the power of the Holy Ghost. when they've gone and they've paid their dues, I wanna fill their shoes." Actually, I think the song is called "I want to fill their shoes" by Mike Purkey.
