VERSE
ONE DAY AS I WAS THINKING
OF UNSEEN THINGS ABOVE
THE SAVIOR CAME UNTO ME
AND HE FILLED ME WITH HIS LOVE

VERSE
I USED TO HAVE SOME PEOPLE
OH THEY WALKED AND THEY TALKED WITH ME
BUT SINCE I'VE BEEN CONVERTED
OH THEY'VE TURNED THEIR BACKS ON ME

VERSE
SOME SAY GIVE ME SILVER
SOME SAY GIVE ME GOLD
BUT I SAY GIVE ME JESUS
FOR HE SATISFIES MY SOUL

VERSE
GIVE ME THIS GOSPEL TRUMPET
AND I'LL SOUND IT WHEREVER I CAN
THEN I'LL CARRY IT HOME TO JESUS
YONDER IN THE GLORYLAND

CHORUS (MAY BE SUNG AFTER EACH VERSE)
OH I'M GONNA DIE ON THE BATTLEFIELD
I'M GONNA DIE IN THIS WAR
OH I'M GONNA DIE ON THE BATTLEFIELD
WITH GLORY IN MY SOUL

I would love to have the sheet music to:
To me He's become everything
I heard thru the grape vine, that Carroll McGruder wrote the song some time around 1991. Please send and let me know the charges to:

Thanks

My husband's grandmother wrote the song. When they were making Broken Bridges, they came to my mother in law wanting the song, so she signed the rights away, because that's what her mother would of wanted. My husband's grandmother was Bettie Jo Coffey.
