This song starts out : I am just a weary pilgrim here, waiting for my final call, Christ is leading and I have no fear...

I knew this song about 43 years ago but I have not seen it since and cannot remember all the words, the chorus goes: Going Home to live with Jesus, Going Home to die no more, When this weary life has ended, I'll find rest on yonder shore.

Would really appreciate anyone who can give me the words to this old song.
