In the regions higher higher

I have been looking for a long time for the lyrics for "In the Regions Higher Higher." I don't really know if that is the title or just a refrain from the chorus, but I would truly be grateful if someone could post something about where the lyrics could be obtained. I believe it is a Scottish hymn by Rev. Donald MacDonald.

In the blazing rays of glory,
