Looking for a hymn with the words "Can I get a witness that Jesus Lord lives" in it

Hi Folks! My sister needs some uplifting and a particular hymn from the late 70s would be just the boost that her bruised spirit needs. It was one of her favorites back then but she's forgotten the title, the artist and most of the lyrics. What she does remember is as follows;

Can I get a witness that Jesus Lord lives?

There's nothing impossible,
Nothing too horrible,
Nothing too hard for My Lord.

No matter what the problems,
God can always solve them.

I would be eternally in your debt if you could help me find this hymn for her. Life has bottomed-out for her and she could use the Christian "Penicillin."
