the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end, the risen son of man

I heard a song the other day and I don't remember a whole lot about it. I keep searching the internet for lyrics that match this without any success. I keep coming up with prince of peace matches, but I know that song and it's not the one I'm trying to find. Please help.

I just purchased this for my choir to sing, unfortunatly I don't have the lyrics in front of me at this time, but I will be able to bring them Monday if no one else answers you before then.
