My family used to sing this song years ago, I'm thinking it's probably pretty old. I don't know the title but I remember the chorus:

I'm determined to make it to Heaven
I've made up my mind to go through
For I know that my sins are forgiven
And that city is almost in view

If anyone could tell me the lyrics I would greatly appreciate it!
