Spiritualist hymn - Hand in Hand with Angels

Hi, I'm looking for a hymn i used to sing at a spiritualist church, not sure if the title is Hand in Hand with Angels, but it certainly starts with that line and goes on to say walking every day how the ? may brighen none of us can say...... i would like this hymn for wednesday this week if possible for a funeral.
