My pastor is looking for the name of the song with these words for the chorus. I've used several search engines with different phrases below and couldn't find anything.

I will praise the Lord, for He came and saved my soul.
Glory to His name, He has freed and made me whole.
For as long as I shall live, I will tell of His love.
Then one day I'll see His face in my home in heaven above.
