I've written out the music (from memory) to the above version (4th April) in the composer program Sibelius, so it's quite legible with the words below the tune with a chord bass line. It's 4 pages long. I could send it to you as a pdf file via email if you're still interested. Pauline

I remember something similar to this, and I think we called it the Hash Chorus. From what I remember it goes like this:

When the roll is called up yonder

That's exactly how I remember it, word for word in my memory. This comes from my time in Sunday School, youth groups, camps in metro Atlanta, Ga. We called it "Heavenly Hash."
