Looking for lyrics to Whisper Jesus

[Guest]

I was looking for the lyrics to this beautiful song by John Starnes! Thank you

[ehowe]

Alone and broken hearted , filled with despair
No one to help you with the load you bear
Giving up is not the answer , quitting is never right
The Lord will come to you and break up your night .

A river that’s uncrossable , a mountain that’s too high
A hedge around the valley won’t let me by ,
So I’ll just lift my voice toward heaven and to the Lord I’ll
Cry , He’ll lift me up and set me on the other side

Just whisper Jesus , oh Jesus there’s power in that name to set you free . It’s the name of authority, try here’s never been a name so sweet , just lift your voice toward him and whisper his name
