I am trying to locate a hymn

I can only remember parts of itt

It came from our;

"We Celebrate" books that we used many years ago at Folk Mass.

The Words I remember that were in it were:

Prepare Ye The Way of the Lord

Also it had in it;

"I hear his voice every day"

and it had the phrase in it

"On the Mountain"

The phrase always went in this order

"On the Mountain,Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord"

"Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord" was sung three times in the Hymn sequentially
