Wish I could join you for the hymn sing--those are amongst my very favorites ;)

I think this is what you're looking for:

1.
I'm satisfied with just a cottage below,
A little silver and a little gold;
But in that city where the ransomed will shine,
I want a gold one that's silver-lined.

Chorus
I've got a mansion just over the hilltop,
In that bright land where we'll never grow old;
And someday yonder we will never more wander,
But walk the streets that are purest gold.

2.
Tho' often tempted, tormented and tested
And, like the prophet, my pillow a stone,
And tho' I find here no permanent dwelling,
I know He'll give me a mansion my own.

Chorus

3.
Don't think me poor or deserted or lonely,
I'm not discouraged, I'm heaven bound;
I'm just a pilgrim in search of a city,
I want a mansion, a harp and a crown.

Chorus

God bless,
Steve

Verse 1:To Caanan's land I'm on my way, where the soul never dies. My darkest night will turn to day where the soul never dies.
Verse 2: A rose is blooming there for me where the soul never dies. And I will spend eternity where the soul never dies.
Verse 3:A lovelight beams across the foam where the soul never dies. It shines to light the shores of home where the soul never dies.
Verse 4:My life will end in deathless sleep where the soul never dies. And everlasting joys I'll reap where the soul never dies.
Verse 5:I'm on my way to that fair land where the soul never dies. Where there will be no parting hand where the soul never dies.
Chorus:No sad farewells, no tear dimmed eyes. Where all is love and the soul never dies.

I hope this helps!

Precious Memories

G C G
Precious memories, unseen angels.
D
Sent from somewhere to my soul.
G C G
How they linger ever near me.
D G
And the sacred past unfolds.

In the stillness of the midnight,
Echoes from the past I hear.
Old time singing, gladness ringing.
From that lovely land somewhere.

G
Precious memories how they linger,
C G
How they ever flood my soul.
C G
In the stillness of the midnight.
D G
Precious sacred scenes unfold.

As I travel on life's pathway,
I know not what the years may hold.
As I ponder hope grows fonder,
Precious memories flood my soul.

Peace In The Valley

Well, I'm tired and so weary
But I must go along
Till the Lord comes and calls me away
Where the morning's so bright
And the Lamb is the light
And the night, night is as fair as the day.

There will be peace in the valley
For me some day
There will be peace in the valley
For me, Oh Lord I pray
There'll be no sadness
No sorrow, no trouble I see
There will be peace
In the valley for me.

Well, the flowers will be blooming
And the grass will be green
And the skies will be clear and serene
Where the sun ever beams
In this valley of dreams
And no cloud will be seen.

There will be peace in the valley
For me some day
There will be peace in the valley
For me, Oh Lord. I pray
There'll be no sadness
No sorrow, no trouble I see
There will be peace
In the valley for me.

Well, the bear will be gentle
And the wolf will be tame
And the lion shall lay down
By the lamb, oh
And the beasts from the wild
Shall be led by a child
And I'll be changed,
Changed from this creature that I am.

There will be peace in the valley
For me some day
There will be peace in the valley
For me, Oh Lord I pray
There'll be no sadness
No sorrow, no trouble I see
There will be peace
In the valley for me...

I need the words to In My Heart. The first line is: There's a melody of gladness that is ringing in my heart, since the day I met the Christ of Calvary.

there was a time on earth when in the book of Heaven
an old account was settled for sins yet forgiven
my name is at the top from many years below
because I have it settled and settled long ago.

long ago (down on my knees)
long ago( i settled it all)
yes the old account was settled long ago hallalujah
the my records clear today for he washed my sins away
for the old account was settled long ago.
