Looking for an old hymn - times of refreshing

looking for an old hymn based on Acts: 3:19
contains these words: "times of refreshing"
if not mistaken, it was in an old stamps baxter hymnal before 1960.

When the time of refreshing shall come to me, when the time of refreshing shall come, I want my cup to be right side up, when the time of refreshing shall come. ....also looking for it. Maybe a Vaughn, not Stamps Baxter.
