"Sing for Joy Easter's Here" to the tune of Edelweiss

The words of this hymn were in an edition of The Liturgy Planner possibly any
edition between 2002 and 2006. If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.
Because the tune is well known we can use it with the minimum practice - just as well since Easter Day is so close.
