I am looking for the lyrics and music to an old hymn. It is called "Nearing the Shore". My father-in-law remember him and his brothers singing it as kids from a man that always sang it on a radio program. We would like to sing it at my father-in-laws mother's funeral (grandma) on Thursday. Can anyone help?

Nearing the Shore
I see the lights of that city so fair,
Of my home sweet home.
Chorus:
We're nearing the shore, we're nearing the shore
Troubles soon will be over, we'll suffer no more,
Toiling all done, victory won, Tis a joy to know,
That we're nearing the shore.
I see the light house, Jesus divine,
Who will say welcome, dear children of mine,
Come in and rest, in this land so fair,
Tis a joy to know that we're nearing the shore.
Repeat Chorus:
