Where can I find music/words and history of the hymn
Come to the Waters (Water of Life)?

This link has the CD and the words...but I'm wanting to know who composed the hymn and more of the history behind it. On this particular CD with James Montgomery Boice and Paul Steven Jones...Erin Holland, mezzo soprano sings parts of this hymn.
