When I was at primary school (1963-1970) we went to church every wednesday morning, as we left we sang a hymn as we "marched" out of the pews.
The words are here but I can't find it in any hymnary and would be grateful if anyone recognises it:
Go into all the world
Jesus is sending us
His new commands he tells us to teach
His saving cross and victory preach
That all all men may be baptised
In Jesus once sacrificed
Dying with him and rising again
Gladly we worship with the refrain
Praise be to thee oh Christ
Praise be to thee oh Christ
Go into all the world
