I heard a song tonight on the radio - I thought it was beautiful. It just kept repeating 'going home'

Won't it be great to see heaven where The streets are paved with gold, the walls are jasper and see the crystal lake

Chorus resembled:

Going home, I'm going home, I'll see the king Jesus on his throne,
There we'll see family and loved ones who've gone on before, I can't wait until I go home.

I wish I remembered more, can anytone help?
