All Things Work Together...

I heard a choir sing this song last year. I am looking for the chords to be able to play the song.
Here is the first verse and chorus:

V1: I know sometimes its hard to understand
What you're going through is part of the Master's plan
But He knows what is best for you
And the Lord is going to bring you safely through
All things work together for the good

CH:Without the rain, a flower won't grow
And in the storm, strong winds will blow
Behind dark clouds, the sunlight still shines

This song is called "All Things Work Together" and is by Norman Hutchins off his 2006 "Where I Long to Be" cd. Hope this helps.
