old recitation of "Jesus, this is Jimmy"

I heard this done many years ago, but have never had any luck finding it. Any help would be appreciated.Something about little boy got saved and went each day to the church and it bothered the preacher he'd only say Jesus this is Jimmy and it seems like the boy died. I can't remember.
