I'm looking for a song with a chorus that goes as follows:

Jesus is hope when there is no hope
He's waiting right there at the end of my rope.
I call His name, He's just the same
Whether night or day.
I know that He is never gonna let me down.
I can hear angels all around.
Jesus is hope when there is no hope, He can make a way.

I appreciate any help. Also, do you know who sings this?

The woman that sings it is Francis Simpson. It is truly a wonderful song. I hope this helps
