I heard a woman sing a song at church a few years back and the only part of it I remember is the very beginning, can anyone tell me what this song is and help me find the lyricd?

It starts out:
Imagine gates of pearl and wall of jasper, a city....and thats all I can remember of it.

Thanks and God Bless you all

This is called "The Crossing's Wide"
My dad sings it.

Verse 1.
Imagine gates of pearl and walls of jasper
A city where the streets are made of gold.
A river where the crystal water's flowing
And a garden where the tree of life will grow.

Verse 2.
Splendor never known to man awaits him.
Who has bowed beneath Mt. Calvary's cleansing flow.
All the pain I've known in life will soon be over.
And a broken heart up there will be unknown

Chorus:
I know the crossing's wide. But I'm going over.
I've come too far this time. I'm going through.
They say the lamb of God lights up that city.
And this could be the day that Heaven becomes full view.

The more I think about it and sing this to myself I realize the second verse is slightly wrong. It's not really that big of a deal but it would eat at me for eternity if i didn't correct myself. =] So.

Correct verse 2:
"Splendor never known to man awaits THEM
Who HAVE bowed beneath Mt. Calvary's cleansing flow."

Like I said. Not a big deal but it was drving my OCD-ness crazy. =]

Thank you so much for these lyrics. I've been looking for them for a while now. Hard to find when you're not sure of the title!
God Bless You.
