Searching for lyrics: possible title - "Jesus, Jesus, Dearer than All to Me"

My mother was taught this song back in the 1920's. She only remembers a few lines, but I'm hoping this might ring a bell for someone. Here is what she remembers:
"Jesus, Jesus, dearer than all to me
Jesus, Jesus, thine only thine I'll be
Where thou dost lead I will follow
Where the path may be
Then when life's journey is ended
Thy face in glory I'll see"

I was glad to see your message. My father used to sing this song constantly. I had it in a Hymnal, but cannot find that Hymal now. I guess I have moved too many times.
