Jude hymn- please help!!

Hey- so i've been feverously searching for a hymn that we sang in HS as a choir that is so beautiful...and i can't remember the name (I recall that it was one word title though), but i know it's based off a passage in Jude 24. And i remember the EXACT words (As follows):

Unto Him that's able to keep us all from falling,
And is able to present you,
Faultless before the throne of God (faultless before our God)

To the Great Creator,
The only wise God,
Our Savior,
Be glory and majesty,
