Jesus Christ our Ransom

I am looking for a celtic-style hymn or which I can only remember the last line of one verse. The part that I can remember says: "Jesus Christ our ransom." If I remember correctly, another verse ends in a similar manner: "and sent him for our ransom"

can you help?

WHo will pay the ransom?
WHo will pay the price?Whose gonna pay for my freedom oh, Lord, whose gonna payfor my life?
I was a poor sinner livin in bondage,
you know it hurt so bad i cried.
But then the Lord paid the ransom with the blood of Jesus Christ!!

there are vesus but i dont know them!
