I have been looking for this song for a couple years now and can't find it - I know the chorus but don't have the verses. I heard it over the radio in East Tennessee a couple years ago and do not know who sings it.

We have a hope and His name is Jesus
Death has no power, for He holds the key

Just got an answer to this question from our local southern gospel radio station - wishing I hadn't waited so long to ask them!

It was sung by The WIlburn's in the late 90's and the title is We Have A Hope. Ricky Atkinson also has this recorded on his Wilburns Tribute CD. I can't find the lyrics anywhere but you can listen to The WIlburn's sing it on YouTube and write them down. God Bless
