Help Please! - Standing on the Banks of Jordan

Okay, my friend has been looking for this hymn for several years. It was sung at her father's graveside. She was young so all she can remember are the phrase, "I'll be standing on the banks of Jordan waiting to take your hand". or something to that effect. I know that isn't a lot of information, but you never know. Sometimes people can guess a song from the vaugest description. Thanks!

Are you possibly thinking of the song "Far Side Banks of Jordan"? The chorus goies, I'll be waiting on the far side banks of Jordan, I'll be waiting drawing pictures in the sand. And when I see you coming, I will rise up with a shout. I'll come running through the shallow water reaching for your hand".
